Welcome to Shift2thrift.in. By accessing or purchasing from our website shift2thrift.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. About Our Products

We are a thrift/resale store, offering preloved, vintage, and curated second-hand fashion items. All products are one-of-a-kind, sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and may show minor signs of wear or usage. We try our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, but slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
  • Orders placed via COD may be subject to confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or combined with another order. In case of non-confirmation or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location (typically 5–10 business days).
  • Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Since we deal in preloved and thrift items, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are NOT accepted once an order is placed, except in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong item (different from what was ordered).
  • You receive a damaged item (visible damage or major defect).

In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@shift2thrift.in with an unboxing video and photos of the product. After verification, we may offer store credit or replacement at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

7. Sizing & Color Disclaimer

All product measurements are mentioned in the description. Please read carefully before purchasing. Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, descriptions, and content on this website are the property of Shift2thrift.in and cannot be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
